All of our staff show a deep love of children and a dedication to their welfare. Our
teachers interact with the children by gently guiding and instructing them, answering their
questions, and fostering their self-confidence. They encourage growth by encouraging
learning and exploration of the world around them.
Almost all of our teachers are mothers themselves. They have all raised their children in
this community. The staff sees to it that all the children will fit well into their new
environment, making sure that they all have opportunities to work alone and in groups.
All of our teachers are also involved in professional development and education. By keeping
current with the latest educational programs and methods, our staff will ensure that the
children receive the best possible experience while they are in our care.
